Golden Days Providers have the ability to order or discontinue medications, monitor, council, advise, refer, and nurse each of our patients to health. Scheduling is easy! Click here to schedule an appointment or call us at the 301-503-1490 to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Golden Days offer early morning, evening and Saturday hours.

For express, acute (sick) or urgent care visits, we ensure appointments are available the same day or within 24 hours. For new patient physicals we suggest at least 1 day in advance. We would like to ensure you are fasting properly for lab work and the provider has a time reserved for you to complete an extensive visit and address all medical concerns.

For an express or urgent care visit, all forms will be sent prior to your visit with us. For expidited check-in, its best to complete them prior to your appointment.

Golden Days ensures our patients are not waiting in the waiting room or the exam room for any extensive amount of time. We schedule and manage our calenders accordingly to ensure our patients are seen quickly but also able to spend time with you to address any questions or medical concerns that you may have.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if you have yet to complete new patient form(s). You will be greeted by our front desk attendant as you “check-in” at the front desk. You will be asked to provide your insurance card and a photo ID. Shortly thereafter you will be called back to the exam room by a medical assistant or medical provider who will take your vitals and make sure you are ready for the provider to see you.

Yes, you will be responsible for any co-pays reflected on your insurance plan/card. If you have specific questions concerning your benefits, please call the member services phone number on your insurance card.

Our “check-out” person will schedule any follow-up appointments as directed by your provider, and provide you with any prescriptions or referrals you may need.
