Golden Days Primary & Express Medical Care ensures to provide affordable quality healthcare to all individuals with or without health coverage. Golden days has self-pay options and partners with various labs to discount your out-of-pocket costs for routine visits and annual wellness and preventive services. We truly believe in community health and work to ensure all individuals have access and resources to quality health services.
Golden Days Healthcare participates with the following commercial insurance plans to include Medicaid & Medicare. Please check with Golden Days office to confirm if they are accepting your insurance plan.

For our self pay patients, Golden Days takes the complexity and worry out of all medical pricing/billing and charge a flat rate price for the visit and any follow ups related to that visit. All prices for each category of the service are below.
Lab, tests and additional services may result in additional charges. Labs and tests cannot be purchased separately and are only performed as part of a standard visit.
Golden Days does have fees for late arrivals and no-shows. Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of your appointment time via our online booking system.
Late fee: $15 (Arrivals after the 15 minute grace period)
No-Show fee: $25 (No show to an scheduled appointment)
Your scheduled appointment is valuable to us and we ensure to reserve your spot so that your wait is minimal. We understand there are life matters that arise but its important for us respect each patients time. Any fees will be recorded and placed on the patinets account and collected at the next scheduled visit.
